A fantastic opportunity to stay in one of our most sort after student houses. The luxurious Estuary Reach features a private gated community with secure allocated parking where piece of mind is reassured. This modern house is located in the heart of Brompton - a small village where the boarders of Gillingham and Chatham meet. On the top floor you have all four spacious bedrooms with a generous landing which contains an additional fridge/freezer for those midnight snacks. To the rear, is where the master bedroom sits which benefits a huge living space and ensuite. The property has been renovated to a very high standard and is immaculate throughout.

As soon as you walk into the open plan lounge, you are greeted by dark leather recliner sofas positioned opposite a plasma TV, ideal for gamers, sports fans and TV lovers alike. The kitchen is neatly positioned to the left of the lounge and benefits from integrated units and modern appliances, that instantly makes you feel at home.

Chatham Town Centre is a gentle stroll, the Dockyard campus is a stones throw away and main university campus is within a 10 minute walk.

Early viewing advised to avoid disappointment.

Tenant Information

Our tenant fees

Our agency will not progress an application until the holding deposit has been paid and tenant info is completed and returned by all the applicant(s). To avoid unnecessary delays, it’s important that you return your information and ID's(s) within 48 hours.

A tenancy cannot be completed until the paperwork is complete and agreed first month’s rent are paid in advance and in full. On all occasions, we will request a guarantor in order to offer a tenancy subject to referencing which the landlord may request. The holding deposit is non-refundable should following referencing, it is discovered that key material facts have been omitted or prove false which then leads to the Landlord declining your application.

By paying the deposit, the property you have reserved will be taken off the market and all future viewings cancelled for 14 days, and it is therefore deemed fair that the tenant will receive no refund should they later decide not to take up the tenancy or fail to move in on the agreed proposed check in date.

If the Landlord decides against proceeding with the tenancy, the tenant will receive a full refund of all monies paid.
